If you plan to invite friends or family members over for a visit, it is essential that you notify the Student Accommodation team in advance. You can do this either via the ‘Request a Guest Visit’ button on your accommodation portal or calling them directly. It is imperative that all guests visiting your room be recorded, as failing to do so could result in disciplinary action being taken against you. Guests cannot stay more than two weeks at a time and must vacate by 10 AM on their day of departure – key must also be returned back to them along with keys from Student Accommodation team upon their exit!
